Refund Policy

All sales are final, you may not buyback/chargeback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums/Discord and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced chargeback.  If you have an issue with your donation, please contact an admin first, preferably in the L2D Discord: https://discord.gg/VERWnRf

Loss of Donation Perks

This is a donation shop and not a purchase shop.  We reserve the right to revoke any or all perks received via donating without refund should you be found to be abusing such perks in any way.  We also reserve the right to remove a donation perk globally from all players in the event of a no longer supported plugin, general updates to perks, or any other reason we deem necessary.  We will make every best effort to replace any globally removed donation perks, however this cannot be guaranteed as we do not manage all of the plugins used on L2D.  We are also not responsible for items lost due to player negligence (such as losing an item given from a donation) or due to not following instructions given on the donation page (such as not having a free inventory slot).

Privacy

• Minimal personal information is collected by Minecraft Left2Die itself. Third parties may collect more personal information. See the third parties section below.
• Personal information is not knowingly collected from children 13 years of age or younger.  Donators must be 18+ or have parental permission to make a donation.
• A Minecraft username, email address, and credit card number are required for donations. Credit card information is never shared with Minecraft Left2Die and is handled solely by a third party payments provider. Other provided information is used only for records keeping by Minecraft Left2Die. See third party privacy policies below for how they handle this personal information.
